Event Highlights
First Friday Mass - During Lent
For the two First Fridays in Lent (March 4 and April 1), the Society will celebrate Mass at St. Joseph Church, 1012 N French Street in Wilmington at 12:10pm. No dress code is required.
After Mass, the Parish will provide a Fish Fry for lunch in the hall beneath the church. The Fish Sandwich is $7.00 and the Fish Dinner is $12.00. The hours of food service are from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can take-out or eat-in.
The 33rd Annual Dinner - April 24th
The Annual Dinner, which honors a member of the legal community who exemplifies the spirit of St. Thomas More, will be held on Sunday, April 24th, 2022 at the Wilmington Country Club on Kennett Pike at 6:00 PM.
34th Annual Red Mass
The Society's Annual Red Mass was held at St. Joseph's on the Brandywine, 10 Old Church Road, Greenville, on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM. A complimentary reception, provided by Morris James will follow the Mass in the Church Hall.
Chorale Presents Miscellaneous Mass
On Thursday, March 3rd, Center City Chorale will present Miscellaneous Mass, which includes the traditional parts of the Latin Mass, but by different composers and in different styles. Dick Kirk will participate in this concert, which is scheduled for 12:30 PM, at the First and Central Church, near Rodney Square. It will last no more than 30 minutes.
